This is a suggestion for UK2 only as I have taken part in a couple of conventions now and there is a trend.

Half the conventions are not being completed. Some are not even coming close. I think the numbers should be adjusted especially since the server is still new. Also it should mainly be in the first 2 zones as majority had not hit 30+. Or as someone else had suggested already the times made static or announced so people knows when to attend.

Now this suggestion can be disregarded if the devs are OK with conventions not being successful but I believe it is beneficial for these to be always completed.

Conventions allow almost the whole community to participate and increases studio interaction because they allow studios to strengthen themselves with quality items.
It lets players play longer with more energy.
And the main benefit is that if everyone knows that the convention will succeed there will be competition for the top 10 spots creating a potential diamond sink.
