If it's a Country issue, then try a different location by using VPN.

I am afraid it has to do something with your setup, or where you are, Veronica.  The servers are up and working.  I hope support can help you.

Thank you very much.Can l have an request？Because l have two accounts in US2 and UK2.But l am in China for this two weeks,cannot play BBE,and i feel so upset.So ,can you hide my two accounts than l play in US2 and UK2 ？lf can,l will thanks to you.If no,never mind.

I have no powers in game. And I do not know what you mean by "hide" the accounts. I would happily notify someone in your studios that you are unable to log in for a while, send me a PM with your avatar names on each server and who I should notify.
