l need a help.Now I am in China.So last these days ,l play BBE was ok in China.But today something wrong,the system shows no connection for website.So whats going on？

well if you still cant log on just keep making tickets on support till you get help , you might get some stupid answers from them first time just keep sending them till you get someone that will do his job and help you . happen to a friend of mine she had to send 3 support tickets till she got help . good luck

Rather than open new tickets, keep re-opening the old one if they aren't helping. That generally gets better results, quicker.
