Hey just dishing it out my idea since being a member of bbe  

 

Maybe the likes of everyone being a producer is a bit cliche ???

 

No difference in the responsabilites or maybe the executive producer has the choice in what each role is able to do and not do  

 

Like for me the boss should be Executive Producer

 

And then maybe you could add some following the executive producer 

 

As Follows My Ideas for a more fun naming background team 

 

 

Well a producer would be a standard one  

 

A production manager  

 

A director 

 

A key grip 

 

A probs builder 

 

A supervisor 

 

there are loads of of other staff members to a movie crew i just thought maybe it would be a small addition to add and keep it a bit more interesting its just my opinion others may agree or disagree but i think it would be fun to have a few different roles in the studio not making any1 different then what they already are everyone is an equal member of the team despite the level

We have had producers assigned titles by bosses before, just in the studio notes or player descriptions.
An ability to assign titles to leadership groups might be a nice addition

yeah i just thought of some other games i used to play and you had like 5 different general options and soldier options... not that i got my idea from that game as there are many games shorely with more then just 1 name title per general i could think of a few that i have played but neither will i mention or describe the names of the games for there own privacy and my safety on the forums hehe  

i just thought maybe the idea from that could have been submitted before not sure but i think it would be fun to see more studio addition added in as a boss is not really a fitting title of a movie production and those listed  above are from a movie production hehe hope it catches on

BBE started out as a pretty direct copy of Hero Zero. Instead of movie studios, they have superhero guilds. I think Boss came from that.

 

I wouldn't mind descriptive titles, but frankly don't see the need for a complicated defined structure of roles within studios. This is not that complicated a game.
