Not a 100% sure if this has ever been spoken about before, but when it comes to helping people asking for batteries I was wondering how others may look at it, for example I know some players do not care one bit who they might give them to, or just studio members etc.

 

And I will probably be labelled a bitch for this, but for me if people are not from my studio and want batteries, at least send me a message saying hello or something first, I have no issue with whoever wants them, but sometimes a little manners goes a long way, and if anything maybe we can all make some new friends along the way.

 

Just my thought on it anyway....

I started off actually declining to give batteries away. I thought they were valuable. 

 

Then BBE added achievements for giving the things away. If someone wants to ask me for one, it helps me in the long run. If I notice someone I don't know asking me for batteries, and I don't know who they are, I will often put them on my friends list just because.

 

After all, you never know who is going to get strong enough that I might want to recruit them some day.

I'll send them out to whomever asks, friend or enemy... it's just a good 'work' ethic to send some batteries out, I don't mind helping another player with those...

Just a tip to everyone... you can ask for batteries, even if you are already full up.

I don't care who asks me for a battery.  I'll give them at will.  I forget to see who asks me.  If they want me to ask them in return, a PM is good to remind me.  I know that a few ladies like their batteries for some reason....  They're usually smiling a little while later...
