When I try to refresh the shop items, it won't let me even thought I haven't done it yet today. Is that a bug or is there a limit to how many times you can get free items?

When I try to refresh the shop items, it won't let me even thought I haven't done it yet today. Is that a bug or is there a limit to how many times you can get free items?

 

When you go to the S-Shop and click on "New Goods" it says "there are no further free goods available to you" ?

 

On the surface, it sounds like a bug.  You are allowed one free refresh daily, and then there after it is supposed to cost 10 Diamonds per refresh.

 

1. Have you done the one free refresh already?
2. Have you tried refreshing the browser (you may have to login again), to see if the same message comes up?

Sadly and sorry to say, it is a bug. I am having the same with the shop, even after refreshing browser, it pops back to the 'free refresh'. After hitting it and getting the error message, it will go to the diamond showing, but only until the browser gets refreshed again.

 

Aside from this, the same problem occurs with the refining. I've done my free refinement, but need to refine a new item properly. But it just stands at the 'free refining', when hitting it, error message shows up, demanding I refresh browser. But that doesn't solve anything of course.

Aside from this, the same problem occurs with the refining. ...

 

What servers are you both playing on?  Have you reported it to Support yet ?

 

And the refining too ?  Dang.

Well the problem fixed itself the following day so it's no big deal.

 

I think I remember it doing the same thing last time the time changed or something.

This happened to me as well, playing from my tablet instead of the PC like normal...  it occurred only once the other day and doesn't seem to be a problem now

Same here. Also I'm on UK2 server, together with Yib and p1eas3, and yourself Tara, for that matter But it is fixed now, guess it was just 1 day issue only. After the reset no more problems.

Oh yeah, hey there server-mate.   Well, I'm not sure what the cause was - I never saw this happen, but I'm glad it got worked out.

Only on the tablet, 'eh?  Was your refining messed up (not available) if you tried it then too?

I am not sure this is the same problem, but when I get reports of missing functions from my studio mates, I have them check the actual URL they are running. I have seen a problem where under unknown conditions, the game logs into the mobile platform rather than the browser version. On a browser, the mobile version is seemingly randomly hamstrung - missing buttons and functions, weird appearance, etc.

 

To fix it, I just have the player enter the actual url of their server.
