So, as stated, here for an update.

All I needed was to log in on pc, do the vote, and now it works like a charm on mobile as well.

@TB

I get what you're saying, but it's near impossible to isolate the mission.

Anyway, as long as it doesn't happen to often, it's no big deal. I can manage a crash day every year or so.

Thanks for the quick replies. I'm marking it as solved.

Everything works fine until I get to the missions screen, then the app crashes.
I can use all other features as intended.
Last mission I did had a vote at the end.
I have a samsung galaxy j3 2016 if it helps.
So far I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, and moved the app to internal storage.

Sounds like an actual bug to me

Best thing to do is post a ticket to support.

You do that on the crossed wrenches in the lower right.  Hover of them, pick the support option and follow the directions.

Make a note of the ticket number, you will need that to follow progress.

Retired from the game. Not from life.

Apparently it happens sometimes. Someone in my studio also had this problem. She said it'll fix itself if I just vote the thing on pc, so I'll do that when I get home.
If that doesn't fix it I'll make a ticket.
Will let you know tonight how it went.

Hi Cleena,

Certain missions, whether it be a fighting mission, or a voting mission, etc - will inexplicably 'crash' the game, requiring a reload, when the results are coming up.

It happened to several players after a 'Salesman' storyline mission kept crashing the game after one of the updates, some months back.

It got reported, and Playata was able to fix it.

If it can be isolated to what is happening prior, like which mission it is, what system you are using, what the result is supposed to be, etc. that could help in trouble-shooting the fix for it.

Still sounds like a bug though, right?
