Welcome to the Garage Interview where we meet some of the most unexpected pornstars in our virtual world. This month, we interview Randy45.
1. Hi! How are you? Please tell us your username, and the servers you play on. Tell us - what motivated you to choose the name and server(s) for your star?
Hi Tara...I'm doing great! My name is Randy45 and I play on UK1. My name is a play on my real name and age.
2. Tell us about yourself. How was your life before becoming a pornstar?
I'm a 45 yr old guy that lives in the states. I work all over the US doing oddball jobs wherever I can find them. My life before I became a pornstar was kind of boring...was in the military for 20+ years and lived all over the world.
3. Any hobby outside of the film-industry you would want to tell us about?
Not really, I'm kind of boring in real life. LOL!
4. Who's your favourite pornstar?
I have a couple of favorites, Kimmy Granger and Gianna Michaels top the list.
5. How did you start playing Big Bang Empire? Did you hear about the game from your friends, or maybe an advertisement?
I found it by chance. I was looking for an "adult" game to play and BBE showed up and I thought, what the hell...why not. That was in October of 2015 and I haven't looked back.
6. When did you start to play Big Bang Empire?
Around October of 2015.
7. Do you remember the day you started playing Big Bang Empire?
Not really. I do remember thinking that I might have found a game I would play for a long, long time.
8. Do you remember your first days as a "noob" in Big Bang Empire? Tell us something!
I remember sitting at my computer thinking I was a "virgin" again, just flailing around trying to find the right place to fit in. LOL! Once I found a home in GoGoDanzin, I had a roadmap to success.
9. What do you like the most in the game?
I like being able to see my studiomates grow in levels and stats. Its been fun seeing new members to the studio grow so quickly.
10. When you log in to the game, what do you do first?
Typically I check my studio mail, then to the studio fights.
11. What are your favourite items?
I really don't have any favorites...whichever item gets me the most finesse. And only epic refinements such as the metal spikes and balls. ;-)
12. What is it like being a leader of one of the best studios in the entire server? Is in an easy task?
It feels pretty good getting back into the top-11 after spending some time around 14th/15th place. I will feel really satisfied if we can get into the top 5-10. We have a bunch of dedicated members after having a lot of dormant players. It has not been easy getting to where we are now.
We had some top players defect when a Producer went rogue and started challenging studios in the top 5 knowing we had no chance of beating them. When that Producer was demoted, they left and took some members with them.
We also had a bunch of dormant players that would show up at the end of Temple Competitions and use the skill points others had earned with hard work. I hated having to boot them because they had been with us for a while, but when you don't show up and then take advantage of the members that are playing every day.
13. Is there any special moment in your career as a pornstar you would like to share with us?
I think it would have to be the day I was promoted to Boss. It was a mixed feeling kind of day because I took over for someone that brought me up from a noob to where I am now.
14. Do you have an anecdote you'd like to share with us? A fun quote from a co-player perhaps?
"Have fun and enjoy the show"
15. Is there something you'd specifically like to achieve in the game?
Right now, working to be the highest level player in GoGoDanzin and have stats over 10k.
16. In your opinion, what is your greatest achievement so far in Big Bang Empire?
It's a tie between being a Boss of a great studio and finishing in the top 10 in Big Bang Awards.
17. Have you set any particular goals to achieve?
Winning a Big Bang Awards Movie.
18. Have you taken part in a convention? What's your best position in which to qualify?
I have taken part, but since I don't like to spend a lot of diamonds, I normally get only 10-15 shows in before time expires on me.
19. You are one of the top players in Big Bang Empire. What is the secret of your success?
It's been hard work and some luck thrown in. Having someone show me the ropes (Zordinia) helped out immensely.
20. What are your tips for beginners?
Ask questions of the Producers and Boss. They are there for a reason and have a really good idea on what newbies need to be successful.
21. Big Bang Empire creates friendships. Have you created any kind of bond with another player?
I have a couple of players that I talk to, PinkySlapALot, Zordinia (when she was playing), MikoMido, Fooklots, SindyXtreme and they have all been great to talk to. Pinky (PinkySlapAlot) used to be in with us, then left to go to Abusement Park, but we still talk and pass on information to each other. I know I can reach out and have an answer within minutes to an hour or so. She even tried to recruit me over to join her there, but I plan on staying here til the end. Hell, I've tried to recruit her back too. LOL!! Miko (MikoMido) and Fooklots like to harass each other in studio chat and we'll have other members of the studio wondering what is going on. ;-)
22. Is there any player you look up to - that you admire? - If so, who and why?
When Zordinia was playing, I really admired how she played the game. She was all about getting to the next level and trying to better her character and in return, the studio. Now, I admire the all the players in GoGoDanzin. I feel like a proud parent when they hit milestone levels, i.e. 100/150/200. I keep an eye out for all of them and let them know how much I appreciate them.

• Favourite forum members (if you are a registered forum member); Unfortunately, I don't spend a lot of time in the forums, but after this interview, I might just have to spend more time going there.
24. Is there any message you'd like to send the Big Bang Empire community?

25. Describe Big Bang Empire in three words.
Boobs, Boobs, and Boobs LOL!!!
26. Which boosters do you usually buy? Which do you deem the most important?
I usually get all the boosters at one time. I think the skill booster is the most important.
27. How many diamonds do you buy each month?
Lately its been zero. When I first took over as a Producer and then as a Boss, I was buying almost 1000 a month.
28. Your star is one ranked with top glory. Can you advise us on how you choose your duels?
I look at my opponents Charisma and Finesse. If they are lower then mine, I don't get too worried about Strength and Stamina.
29. What is your favorite Temple Challenge - and which ones are your least?
My favorite is selling Rare/Epic Items. My least favorite is the Conventions Temple Challenge. It seems I'm never online when a Convention starts.
30. What was your best finish in the Big Bang Awards? Do you have any tips for our young aspiring movie-makers out there?
My best finish was in the top 10. If you are going to make a video, make it something that you would actually like to see on the shelf in real life. You really don't want to see a face covered by writing or a border.
