Not exactly in topic but what happen to my old account cause I just log in last week and it became new game... Miss my old account cause it reach 90+ already

Hi Sera,

 

Do you recall the previous time you logged in?

 

• Accounts are "deleted" after 105 days (more than 3 months) of inactivity.
   
• I would inquire with SUPPORT and OPEN A TICKET to see if you're old account can be retrieved.  It's a long shot, but it's worth a try especially if you were quite far in the game with that account.

 

1. To Open a Ticket, click here >> Open a Ticket (English)
    
2. Click on the White Button, 'Open New Ticket' (left side)
    
3. Fill out the form and give the support team as much info as you can, and then Submit.
   
   Keep your Ticket Support Number handy, so you can follow-up.  Support numbers are sent to the email address you submit in your ticket.

I just start playing again guess it back to newbie for me 

ermm the account I think I will left it just like that 

I'm not really the diamond spender type so I think I won't lose anything
