The interface crashes regularly for me (buttons not working), also, the game tries to tell me that i have 1 unread message despite me having deleted every message (requests/sent/received, all are empty)

 

any tips on how to fix this? reloading the game 40-50 times a day becomes really tiresome

I have had that happen with messages on both BBE and HZ. What I do when it says I have one yet isn't showing the message is close the app or browser window and reopen it and the message is finally there. I am not really sure what causes that.  As for the interface crashing I would most definitely report that by opening a support ticket.
