I'm having a problem here when I sold a lot of my epic gear and didn't receive the temple points for them... I sold them at the register located in the bottom right corner of your storage tabs, instead of the normal shop register... I've refreshed my screen 3x and haven't been rewarded temple points, might be a bug that I am bringing to your attention. Thank you.

I sold mine to the normal shop register and I got the points.

I have a few members and myself noticing the same thing. The storage tab seems to be the glitch.

If your points are not appearing try refreshing. I had that problem but once I refreshed all my points were there. If you continue having these issues please open a ticket for for support.

I'm aware that exchanges with support shouldn't be mentionned but I contacted support, and I feel it's important to share that : Only items sold from inventory will provide temple points.

So make sure to not sell anything directly from the storage tab, as those will be lost without any temple points.

 

I guess this should be written somewhere for everyone to see to avoid any unfortunate waste of items.

It doesn't say "Items only sold from Inventory will provide temple points" when you click on the temple icon in your studio, the last sentence there states "Any item sold by members of your studio rewards you with Temple points."

I sold items from inventory (storage tabs) and they showed up, eventually.

 

It takes a while for the updates to take place (in all 3 areas) on temple scoreboard (temple "gong" icon), temple ladder (big screen rankings), and in-studio rankings (the sort by studio members' earned temple points).

 

The last of these updates seems to be with the in-studio rankings.  But give it some time.  They will show up.

 

To me, Storage tabs is a form of inventory - so I do not honestly understand the claim in distinction.

PS: An addendum to this post (and not wanting to be a contrarian with support), I have also noticed that items sold directly from a mission screen (without going to inventory first) also show up as points, eventually.  Just give it some time.
