hello recently i tried to buy some gems in the game but found out my country is not listed so i can not buy gems.

 

i was hoping you could add the Netherlands to available countries and as payment option the regular stuff like paypal, sms, call and as a new option for the Dutch people ideal which is a online bank transferring system used almost by everyone in the Netherlands would be very useful and i can guarantee you won't regret it.

 

since my country is not in the list yet off available countries would i be able to click another country and click paypal? cause i do have a paypal but i am not sure if it works if i click on united kingdom for example and click paypal but am actually from and in the Netherlands will i still be able to buy then or will it not work?

 

really wanna buy some gems to improve my studio so hope to hear something soon.

Purchases don't cross realms. UK Diamonds can't be used on US server for example.  Open a support ticket and they can lead you in the correct direction.

i did open a suport ticket they sent me here i am in uk2 server and really not sure what i should do to buy gems

Who is your service provider? You should be able too. I pay exchange rate, with bank, so I do not know Paypal situation.

I'm pretty sure it just converts to whatever country you live in when you pay through credit, PayPal, etc. I live in the US and everytime I buy diamonds it converts from British pounds to American with a small fee for international purchases. It would take a lot of work for every currency to be listed on the server so it's probably only the countries this game has servers for that they list.

I agree with ScarletViper, my purchase stays with UK Flag.  The UK server accepts Paypal and you should be able to purchase with an exchange rate.

okay yeah that is what usually happens and i don't mind the fee for international transactions but i just got confused cause there where different countries listed with different payment methods as well so just had to make sure before i make any transactions.
