My studio is growing ...... slowly. What should I look for in a producer and what can a producer do? This was part of a previous question .... sorry but I need this one broken down for me.

Producers are able to challenge other studios for a fight, invite players, approve member applications, kick out players, change studio description and notes, determine the use of cakes and doubles.......maybe there's more, but this is all i could remember xD
