I'm just curious why there is no forum/support ticketing available for US1 players? How would I properly address game issues and help needed? The US1 server has been experiencing severe issues for over 12 hrs now and there's no way to get a response form anyone, I've also had a support ticket open with Nutaku (who runs the US1 server) since July 21 with no response.

US1 is hosted by a different company than the UK servers are. You do have ticket support though through the game and you are welcome to come here to ask game questions. We are just unable to advise about anything related to server status etc since it is hosted by Nutaku. I do know there are plans in the works for a forum for US1 players but I am unsure as to when it will go live. We will help all we can though with game related questions.

Thanks Kate, but my issues are support related, and Nutaku's is nonexistent, they do not respond to requests after the generic "we got your ticket" email. US1's Big Bang Awards broke at reset last night and nothing has been done ot fix them, and I have another support issue open 3 weeks now without any kind of response. Plus there's no way to communicate with open players, recruit for studios, etc, like you lovely UK players have, despite the fact that the Forum is advertised constantly inside the game.

 

Perhaps Playata needs to step in and force Nutaku's hand to support their game and protect their brand, because nutaku's stewardship is beginning to look more and more like a cash grab, they neither support the game nor allow direct contact with Playata.
