Hi, before I begin I just want to say that I've been enjoying the game quite a bit up until now. However, there's a problem that's popped up for me, IDK if anyone else is having a similar problem, but since the summer update rolled out I haven't been able to access my missions, which is unfortunate because I'm 1 Conveyor Belt Roller away from having more fans.

Whenever I try to go to my missions I get an error message saying the following:

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please refresh the Big Bang Empire page.

Should the error continue please go to the forum or contact support."

So yeah, here I am. Is this happening to anyone else?

Is it happening for everyone? I guess if it's happening for everyone, at least no one will be at a disadvantage.

That's what I thought. It must be a problem with the update then. Hopefully if any of the staff is listening, they'll do something about this or at least explain what the problem is and how long it would take them to fix this. BTW thanks for responding to this post, I want to make the devs aware of this problem.

This bug is happining to evryone, until we fixe the problem you can play from mobile version, or you also can deblock it if you do one mission with the mobile. Then you can play again from laptop/computer but don't click on the map and stay into the zone to not have the problem again

Is there an ETA on a fix for this? I can't use a party ticket because the map screen is all messed up and forces a reload.

this blows. normally they ask if you want to update it but this game just did it with out asking

 

ok. so you guys who made the game or updated it have gone and screwed up big time. I went to my other account and same crap happened once i went to missions. I even created a brand new account and guess what? Same thing happened. Dont you pay people and have others testing it before you force everyone to update? This is really turning me off from playing your game and ever spending money on it again

you can get to the areas, as soon as you hit restart and the pop-up window closes click on a city...I was able to go to Santa Roco and i'm doing a mission now in the Beach area. sometimes it takes more than one try.

That's an excellent work around. Anyone know what happens when you start a party either this way or through mobile app?

So far, no ETA for the fix. Just try to hang in there guys, we know it's not fun and hurts your progress immensely.

We'll let you know as soon as we've got more information about this case.

Seems to be working at the moment for me... have changed areas, started missions, gained a level...

Im on mobile no problem here other than the issue that was already there before the event
