first you have to have the image saved to your computer and up-load it to imgur (imgur .com... remove the space) or another image hosting service
take the url the service provides and copy it into your 'clipboard' (right click on it and pick 'copy')
open the 'typing' window here and pick the 'insert picture' icon-
paste your url in the box that pops up (right click on entry line of pop up box and choose 'paste') then confirm...
Viola... your picture should be visible...
