My suggestion for the Party Ticket is: That we should be able to view each party's rewards before we take one and then decide which Party we want to do.

I totally agree with this suggestion. This could be accomplished by using the same format we currently use when we click on the Film Shoot. Just click on the Party Ticket above (when you earn one), and a window pops up with the 3 cities listed (or blocked out if you have not earned it). I can see this happening.

Is there even still anything at a party location once you clear it? It seemed to me like it is progressive and linear. Meaning win x amount of battles in Burning Bernie then fight boss there for that item, then the next fights available would be at flaming wheels and so on. I didn't check Bernie though after my 1st time through it. I tried wheels with 2nd ticket and it let me in and I found quests there and I remembered doing the boss at Bernie before that.

each party can be done multiple times, it resets when the ticket clock runs out...

 

each new 'party' area is opened by the number of fans (from doing films), but you can use the ticket you find on any party you want...
