A friend of mine told me she'd heard to stack Str and Fin so that's what I did and have dueled him every hour I have been awake since before level 50
So, the short version, if you haven't done him yet is probably around level 60 unless yu like getting smacked down once an hour for no real good reason
Belonging to a good studio with built up stat perks would surely help too
