I'm honest so I vote on the following priorities:
- My game wife
- Myself 
(although I actually don't like that this is possible, but who would miss that out if your own cover randomly shows up?)
- Friends & studio mates
- The cover that I personal like better in overall view and title, trying to support those who apparently put some effort in it, else no specific things I look for.
I never refresh the votes as I would not like a bought win.
