I just noticed in Santa Roco, on top of the diner, a dark figure appears every couple minutes then proceeds to jump off the roof. Evidently, he survives to do it again every few minutes so he must have super powers. Nice lil' easter egg, whatever it is.

It is cute, yeah  I assumed Catwoman, if you spot her she's got a tail, rather than a cape. Jumping off the roof should be no hassle, she's got her lasso to grab something and swing away like in Arkham City. (Or maybe it's Batman in Catwoman's costume, the guy's got to relax and have fun sometimes, right?)
