With our recent update we have seen an increase in activity on the forum which is wonderful and we welcome all our new members. It appears we do need to be reminded about what is and is not acceptable on the forum. We are here to provide feedback in a constructive way and to join together as a community and help each other by answering questions or providing game tips.

 

We are not here to talk about how support has handled our issues. We are not here to be critical of the support team or development team in any way shape or form. This would include generalized comments about our support and development teams. Posting contents of a support ticket is strictly forbidden and will result in a suspension since this is private information meant for your eyes only.

 

The discussions for the most part have been very positive and constructive but in some instances we are getting much too close to crossing the line from constructive feedback to complaining about the game, developers or support team.  Please keep this in mind when posting. We need to keep the forum a positive place where we can exchange ideas and provide feedback. Thanks so much for being part of our community.

Every once in a while we need a gentle reminder as to why we are here. Please remember this is not the place to discuss our support team or any responses you may receive from them. Please never post contents of the tickets (that is a big no no) but even general remarks about their response may lead to a suspension so it's best if we avoid that topic.

 

We're here to help each other, help our new players and provide constructive feedback to the devs to help improve our favorite game. Let's keep it positive.

Positive yes... BBE should protect all its members from any type of negative impacts while attempting to enjoy playing the game... paying members, cyber stockers and pervy porners all for one and one for all!

We are always encouraging new players on BBE but to ask to post only warm and fuzzy comments about the game DOES NOT improve issues with the game. Yes, it is a fun game if you make it that way.

 

Both developers and staff at BBE need to learn to serve their customers!

 

Reality does enter into this game with your chat window with this game which can change the experience for both new players and old. Some of us have experienced it more than others and are paying members.

 

Since you have opened this game up to youth you must be more responsible to their exposure.

 

Love game but lets be real for the sake of the kids playing this game and everyone else lets be real too.

nobody says you should only post 'warm and fuzzy' comments, but you should respect others by allowing everyone to give their own views without 'running them down' when it happens to disagree with your own... not that anybody here is or has been doing that... 

 

the devs and the moderators want your feedback and discussions, just keep a civil tone when someone might not agree with everything said...

You have the option to block any offensive players in game so BBE has given you a way to protect yourself from offensive players. That being said this forum needs to remain positive and respectful. The rules do not allow the forum to be used to bash the support or dev teams and they will be enforced. Any in game issues you may have with players need to be reported via support tickets and if you have an issue with how support deals with anything you also have an option to open a ticket and select that you want to complain about support. That type of post does not belong here. The forums are provided for us to gather feedback to improve the game and all posts should be kept respectful and constructive. 

 

We do serve the players but there are rules on how to handle certain situations and they must be followed. This is not the place to complain about how support has handled any situation.

 

 

There is a way to provide negative feedback in a respectful way. Just keep in mind commenting about the support teams actions is not allowed.

Just a reminder but publishing the contents of a support ticket is a serious infraction of the rules and can result in a 2 day suspention so please avoid doing so.

1) The comments in this topic pertain only to interactions within this forum. How you communicate with each other in-game is not covered. 

 

2) If you have in-game issues with the actions of a specific player, your best recourse is posting a ticket. Moderators here have no in-game powers. But if you MUST post something, that post should be descriptive, and constructive.  

 

3) This is simply not the place for player feuds. Personal attacks will be hidden. If the attacks continue, or are especially bad, the poster may be sanctioned. Let me repeat that: This is NOT the place! Simple as that.

 

An example to try to make the above 3 points: "That a-hole made me feel bad!" is going to get hidden. "An offensive movie poster was made, please help address this problem" will likely not be. Such determinations are subjective, and reasonable people can disagree about where the line is... but when in doubt, I personally tend to let things go. If I am hiding your posts, you are quite likely a long ways over the line. 

 

I am hiding way too many posts right now. Cool your jets, people.

 

4) If you have a complaint about a post that you think we should address, constructive comments to that effect can be posted, but I personally would prefer a private message with a pointer to the questionable post. Private posts to moderators will be handled in good faith.

5) You can send the moderators private messages about in-game stuff, but bear in mind that the most we can do is essentially the same as posting a ticket.

I think it would be great, if instead of the models used in the movies, if poss, it would be great if they were the members of your own studio, thats who should be on the covers, don't ya think?

Hi. As you said, this is Off topic → Reminder about Forum Behavior. I think Capt was saying that his comment could have gone to a more appropriate place, such as Suggestions & Discussions.  

 

I was searching, but could only find the post "Make BBA an entirely separate game" - https://forum.uk.big...y-separate-gamewhich had the sentence "Make it possible to have a friend as costar on your cover".
