So when I select the area with the tick...
Nothing happens....
All diamond choice options for payment are greyed out and not selectable.
Luckily I usually use CCD but its still annoying.
Is this because it is not available in my region?
Some kind of message would be nice?

To the best of my knowledge diamonds can not be purchased through facebook on any server so I do not believe it is a regional issue. It's just not available as a form of payment.

should I link the sites for some of the portals that provide and integrate it for you to pass on?

I would not suggest that since external links are not allowed. Big Bang Empire is not like most games because of it's content. There could be legal reasons that there is no partnership between facebook and this particular game. What I can do is pass along a suggestion that you would like to see this payment method offered.
