In the past weeks we closely analyzed your frequent feedback regarding the rewards for successes. Based on your feedback, we worked out respective adjustments, which will be implemented in the game with the update on November 24th, 2015.
In the future the reward options will take into account how much effort is needed to complete the corresponding success – in regard to time investment or even diamond investment. The level of successes has been adjusted as well, as in the past some successes could be achieved with a much lower or higher level than intended. This sometimes could lead to rewards which might have seemed odd to you.
In the course of the adjustments, many rewards have been changed and also new rewards have been added. In some cases, like for example in the success “Shopping Frenzy”, we decided to leave the rewards as they were before.
The rewards which you claimed before the update remain unchanged of course.
Additional information regarding the update:
Example 1: Success grants an item as a reward before, as well as after the update.
If a success grants an item as a reward before the game update, as well as after the update, the reward is generated as soon as you look at the reward for the completed success. That means, if you completed a success and look at the item reward before the update, you will still get the old item reward after the update. If you completed a success before the update, but have not looked at the item reward until the time of the update, the item reward will automatically be changed to the new item reward.
Example 2: Success grants an item before the game update, but a reward of a different reward type after the update
In course of the success adjustments, some reward types will be changed. So, it can happen that a success, which granted an item as a reward before the update, grants a reward of a different reward type after the update. In those cases, the reward will always be updated to the new reward type, no matter if you looked at the reward of the completed success before the update, or not.
Example 3: Success grants any other reward than an item before the update
If a success grants any different reward type than an item before the update, the reward will always be updated to the new reward or reward type, no matter if you looked at the reward for the completed success before the update, or not.
