Hey Splash,
Tara, I am on Central Standard Time. I'd also like to ask if these codes are good for the whole month, as I think that is what I read?
I wasn't able to confirm if the codes are only good for a month. But being that it is the advent season, I wouldn't go past the event date to redeem if you plan on storing them up for later use.
Anyone else read anything to the contrary?

- Go back to the game...
- Select the Double-Wrenches icon in the lower right...
- Select COUPON...
- Paste the code into the redemption box...
- And Bob's your Uncle!

I'm having the login issue right now. I have keep me logged in active so I was logged in but have also logged in again at least 4 times only to get the same error. Just over an hour left to get mine today. I hope it's back to normal function soon.

Probably out of luck, Eileen. You don't get until midnight local time, I have discovered. I do not know when the cutoff is. I have asked development to share the actual times people should expect the calendar to be active, so far with no response.
All I can say is, try to do it as soon after 9am local time as you can.

I'm another that's having the perpetual log in issue.
Log in... click on the advent calendar... nope... log in please... log in... click on the advent calendar... nope...
Lather, rinse, repeat.
Is there anything we can do to re-set this?

According to Mynx in this thread >> http://forum.uk.bigb...lendar/?p=15317 there seems to be a window of misfortune where the Advent Calendar just doesn't work.
This window of "in-opportunity" is after the game resets BUT before 9AM (next day) for your local time. Try again after 9AM your time and hopefully it will work.

It is funny, on UK1 the advent calendar works at 8AM for me. (I am on US East Coast time, from near Boston.)
Nu1 does not activate until 9AM.
So there is a little fuzziness about when the calendar actually goes live. But I haven't heard of any time later than 9am local.

Have not had any issues with it so far, here in Australia it is 10am for me when it become available

My biggest rant is still goes after 3 years of this advent calendar. They have sent it programming and have done nothing. I live in North America and leave my house at 5 AM for work and return at 5 PM. You can not get the calendar on my phone. The server changes at 5 PM my time.
I can not get the calendar until after 2 AM my time and when the server changes at 5 PM I can't get the old day or new day. Which means I have a 30 minute time frame from 4:30 AM to 5 AM to get it when I get up for work. If I forget, it is lost. It you they don't let you have it until Dec 1 then you should have all day Dec 1 to have the calendar. I have missed so many because of this glitch and every year, takes them 12 hours to look at the ticket and then they say 'is it fixed" well of course it is, it is now past the day and I can't have it.
Well anyways, won't matter next Christmas..... I am gone.
