Hi,
Sorry if this sounds like an obscenely stupid question, but both last time the casino was in town, and this time now too, there has been no way for me to enter, collect chips, or do my free spin. I am an everyday player, I have only missed like 4 days in the past 1 year+ so it's not that I'm missing it. I just can't find it. 
And I'm not being offered chips for mission rewards.
Please help! I let it go last time because I didn't know about the forums, but this time I've googled to high heaven and all the answers I've found is like "It's on the right of your mission screen"

No, it's not showing up for me. It was the first time I played casino (last year), but the last two times it's not there at all.

I have seen it go away myself... and the entry way to the Casino is not the most obvious thing in the game...

 

To get to Casino do the following...

 

1. Go to the Missions and Parties menu.
2. Pick ANY stage / venue that is available to you (for example: everyone can get to Tellville)
3. Then you'll see the CASINO in the form of the coin chip icon on the right side of the screen (near the batteries)
   
   And if that doesn't work, try REFRESHING the browser.  It may require that you login to the game again.

 

Best of luck pulling that one-arm bandit !

Oh, you're right. Refreshing the page a couple times worked. But I'm annoyed that I missed two casinos because of this glitch already, lol
Is it worth putting a ticket in to the support over it?

Are you really missing the casino?  Or are you just missing the ability to get to the casino?

 

While the Casino is ON "all the time" during the promotional period, you will quickly run out of your coins that you have used, only to wait umpteen hours (or even the next day) to find enough coins in the "wilderness" (through personal duel wins, or via the overhead mission maps) to build another 10-set to pull again.

 

Personally for me, Casino is nice, and I actually won some epic cool item once in a previous visit with it, but it's really a lot of 'down-time' trying to find coins.  I actually think the 'find coin' period is not 'always on'... but that could just be my impatience with the game.

 

Yes, by all means, please open a support ticket if you think your game has wronged you through some malfunction or mistake on the game makers part.  That is in part why Support is there.  Give them as much information as you can so they can make a fair ruling on getting you your lost resources.

 

 

Best of luck with the wyle fate of the wicked wheels... Casino only comes around about 3x or 4x a year.
