I think at absolute minimum you should recieve your costs spent back.

I'm not worried about the diamonds. I like the BBAs. If I spend diamonds on my cover, it's always at my own risk. I don't think a player should be reprimanded and have a mark on their name for doing nothing worse than the game itself does. There should be a way to dispute it. I couldn't even answer the message. This is an even bigger concern if these actions are done by auto-response to someone clicking or mis-clicking the inappropriate title link
Their message should also highlight the offending language so that the player knows specifically where the error was. I presume it's talking about the F*** word but could it be the use of BFF? I've seen discussions elsewhere where some people are highly offended by some terms used in trendy slang. And why not send a window to enter new title rather than rolling the dice for something silly.

Hi Ei,
and if you're going to change my title, at least keep the theme
I don't know much about this - and it's the first I've seen anyone post on this subject.
I have gotten the "Eff Everything" suffix on some canned titles, and actually used it once... not because I liked the title, but because the visual was striking. But I cringed when I saw it in the rankings because I do think it is on the edge of acceptable "canned" titles.
To date, I have not read a custom title from a player that I would have flagged. At least your title tells an intriguing story plot, a GOOD story, GONE wrong. It could be that the system is working, because I haven't seen a title I would consider flagging.??
I'm also not sure if the entire process is automated... I wouldn't doubt if it was. There may be a threshold setting that triggers the message alerting you of the random canned replacement title on your movie.
I'd love to find out more about this... I will inquire.
Thanks for the contribution...

TY Tara.
The random visual that came up was the naughty couple costar(s) with cleavage that put my star's head down in the corner. It looked like "What the heck did I walk in on? and 'what happens next. I changed background with motes to put them indoors and the title.
All my films have only the best acting!

That's how I recalled it last time I read through it, Brittney. Thank you for the refresh. In a past life (my old star 2 or 3 years ago, there was a lengthy discussion on the TOS and the game-generated titles. The game actually violates it's own TOS on occasion. It was asked if I player were supposed to put up the diamonds to re-roll or change the title when that happened. I don't believe there ever was a clear answer. I would have to assume I am not the 1st to get a warning on the basis of using a cuss word, but I have honestly never heard of it happening before. I've seen titles win BBA that were far more lude and vulgar without cussing.

For all of you interested in this thread, here are some things I found out...
So in the end for now, It's not likely to change anything that's been done (what's done is done), but it may change the way this is reviewed in the future. If I hear anything further, I will surely update.

Thanks Tara!
Very glad to hear that it's not automated. As far as the person not playing, I kind of thought so, lol. There's really nothing to change. The decision came after BBAs were over. It didn't affect voting in any way (I thought it did well to place 50th from a small 3 person studio) I guess it would be nicer if it had the original title in my film history, but what's the point and why bother. My only hope for me personally is that any mark against that star would be cleared.
There are actually quite a few elements of game-generated titles titles that IMO violate the terms. I already mentioned the F everything suffix and the age play related mommy/daddy grandpa grandma things. There is also a common one of 'like animals' with no punctuation to discern if if the star is similar to an animal, or likes them for diner or what else. And Slut. that comes up pretty often too.
I hope they decide to play
