Hello stars, this is the thread to discuss all things Patch Notes 2017.08.01

 

 

New Features
Items and Item Pattern Collections
• A new item pattern collection for the superhero outfit is now available.
• 26 new items for male stars and 38 new items for female stars have been added.

 

Films
• New customization options for the film cover customization are now available.

 

Maintenance
General
• Several smaller issues have been fixed.

 

 

I haven't checked out the new movie features, but I am looking forward to that...

The new movie making features are a disappointment for me. You can now change the font of the text, which is something that we've been calling for a long time, but the offered options are very poor for now. I think the original font is nice, what I always missed is a larger colour scale for the text. We got different font types - in my opinion all less appealing than the original font - but only one new text colour (black).

Apart from this, I haven't yet noticed any new background, border, co-star, filter or cleavage....

I would have liked to have seen COLOUR changing fonts... it's still either, Purple, White, Black, or some combination of that.  Let us be able to change out the Purple... is that too much to ask?

PS:  That is my suggestion here:  Be able to change the "Color Purple"...

I think we all primarily wanted different colours for the existing font...On the positive side, the font-changing feature is now incorporated into the game, so all we need now is for the developers to add some better options how it can be used.

I had the black font come up randomly a while ago. Apparently, all servers got updated at once so I didn't have to wait for UK reset. Ugh. Not sure where I would ever use the black. A couple of the fonts are ok. There's a serif one like times and a helvetica style one. Both are staples for print design but the helvetica is much too thin IMO. I toggled through backgrounds and stars and didn't see any new options there and nothing that would indicate a way to use a friend or studio mate in your films. Are they listening?
