I just mistake sell new epic item.
So I ask about to bring back recover via ticket support. Unfortunately There's no point to return this. ToT

And development team also suggest about my idea about this.

So, My opinion from this event about item coupon code to redeem as like energy redeem & item grab from daily DVD winter.
There's possible to do this?

And also about bring back items that players sale/mistake sale. Concept look like second hand item shop. But this shop sale old items from each player sale before only.( not show other players) But cost to play is very expensive....(or as your consider)
Common items = 2x(price of item) or 9 diamonds
Rare items = 3x(price of item) or 49 diamonds
Epic items = 5x(price of item) or 99 diamonds

If my post is irritable to another. Sorry and Apologize about this topic

Hi Lozenges,

I think I understand.  You would like to suggest a way to repurchase back items that you may have accidentally sold?

  • The part I was not clear about was where you said you wanted to see it executed through something like a REDEEM A COUPON code, similar to the way we had the Advent Calendar during the Winter of 2016.  So is this where you imagine a big page of 30 of the last items sold, and you can pick it out of a grid and buy the item back?  The only thing that might hold this idea back is Advent Calendar was done in the forums, and the rewards received (may have been the same for everybody, and) were only tied to your account AFTER you redeemed your coupon. The Dev Team might still have a way to implement this idea.

  • I was clear, you want to have a place to REBUY your sold item by way of second-hand S-shop.  I imagine this method would show the last 9 items you sold (or might have multiple pages of the previous 9, 18, or 27 number of items you last sold), where you can buy the item back at a really expensive cost of diamonds (scaled), or 2x, 3x or 5x the NOTES price according to rarity.

It is an interesting proposal and will be forwarded to the dev team for consideration.

Thanks for your novel idea...

The core idea of being able to rebuy the last couple of sold items is ok, but the príce would have to be significantly cheaper for it to make sense and be considered a viable option by the players.

Who would buy a sold item for 99 diamonds if you can whipstich a new item to have that same look for 20 diamonds? Even if you sold the item by accident and it had great stats, it's not worth to get it back for 99 diamonds, given how quickly items become obsolete.

I think you answered it yourself... Amberson... to get the 'stats' back associated with an item...

But that does have me wonder - when is spending diamonds over an alternative notes option "almost" worth it?  (smug)

Epic refinements are by far the most difficult and expensive things, much more expensive than an item's looks or stats. If I accidentally sell my ring with the 30% porn star sticker, or my 100% smelling salts boots, you can bet I would love to buy it back...  The cost to replace such refinements can easily be hundreds of diamonds.

But I am not so in love with the idea of making people spend diamonds to recover lost items.  Maybe 10 times the notes cost. This is a player retention issue, not a place where the rich should get yet another advantage.

...especially since it will be an advantage I think the rich will use rarely.  After all, if you have the diamonds to spend like that, it's better to just find another ring with likely better stats, and run the lottery until you get the porn star sticker back.

Other games have buyback option for exactly what you sold it for. I see absolutely no reason not to have this or to overcharge for it. Everyone makes mistakes. I remember buyback being a suggestion over a year ago.The other games I am familiar with keep what you sold in a buyback window until logout. if you sell off your stuff and then logout, then yes, you really screwed up big time. Even so, there is usually a route for recovery, though it may be a PITA.

In some cases there is a timer, like 1 or 2 hours or a full day. That's usually when it involves some kind of token or game currency other than whatever money that game uses. In those cases, the refund is whatever thing you paid. Translated here, if you paid diamonds you should get the diamonds back, maybe with a warning that returning this item will remove credit toward whatever collection, if applicable

Found where i'd suggested it in '16. I couldn't remember if it was me that brought it up or not. Though only one reply, several liked the post. *shrug

I will make the suggestion again, EileenDover.

I have personally sold my 30% ring before.  AAAAAUGH!  But I had a spare, so it really only cost me about 200 skill points.  I sucked it up and played through it, but would have loved to have a redo button.

Oh, it's beautiful, but wait a minute, isn't this..?
Yeah, yes it is.
But I thought the old lady dropped it into the ocean in the end.
Well, baby, I went down and got it for you.
Oh, you shouldn't have.
