Plus - I live in the USA - why are the videos (To shorten the task wait time) not available in our country? This has been happening for at least 2 weeks!

This subject was moved to FAQ & OTHERS section of the forum.

 

 

There are a few things that could be at hand here...

 

1. There are truly no advertisers (at that time) for your area as identified by your IP addressing.
    
2. The service can be affected by the use of an Ad-Blocker.  Make sure you do not have any ad-blockers on.  You can pause or temporarily post-pone your ad-blocker, run the video to cut your mission in half and then turn the ad-blocker back on.
    
3. Some players on some systems will need to wait for the 'adobe flash players' PLAY button to appear. In some cases, twice. If the PLAY button is not pressed after a certain amount of time, the advertisement will 'time-out' and a default message will be shown stating: (paraphrased) 'Sadly there are no advertisers for your region.'

 

And finally, if all else fails you can open a support ticket if this service used to work for you but doesn't now.  When opening a support ticket, give them as many details as possible:

• what system you are playing on
• version and type of operating system
• version and type of browser
• version of flash player
• symptoms of the problem
• when it last used to work
• anything that changed since it worked

 

Best of luck getting your missions cut in half again through the magic of advertising...

I had this issue when I 1st started on my old account. It actually turned out to be a 'd'oh is me' thing. I was trying to use the TV before the timer was up,lol. That's kind of like is the thing plugged in.

 

Anyways, I have a lower level character on US2 and right now there is no lack of available ads, at least where I am. It's doing doubles a lot of the time. The one for Hero zero gets added to most of the others.
 

EDIT. I just noticed you aren't far from me, Studdy. I'\m also in SW Mi, so I'd guess it's not lack of ads. But who knows. I'm no expert.

I don't play the game, but I think it is nice to see some cross-marketing ads promoting the game.

 

From what I hear, the game mechanics are very similar.

YW and also, I have recently begun experiencing the no video available thing on my character that is on US2. But I play that on a crappy knappy old computer that is very slow so it could just be ion my end
