Whenever I try to access the game, it tells me "Right-click to run Adobe Flash Player" but when I do, it still doesn't work.

1. Has it worked in the past and this is something new? - or have you never been able to play the game in Chrome?
2. After you right click, does it fail to launch with an error message - or does it do nothing?

Well I just updated AVG and I've had a few issues since then so I had to take my PC to a place where they fixed it.

 

After I right click, it just does nothing. But the game seems to work in Edge and Firefox

Maybe you can update your Chrome browser, and / or update your Adobe Flash Player and see if they behave properly this time?

 

... and if you are okay with playing BBE in Edge and / or Firefox browsers, you have that as a working option too.
