Whilst i agree with the ability of new members being able to join a studio they like the look of and qualify by the studios rules, level etc,,
​I think the Studio Boss should have the extra ability to not only kick a disruptive member but also be able to ban them from re-applying.
​We recently had to remove a player from our studio who although very active was abusive in terms of insults and demands about other studio members.
​We kicked them from the studio and they immediately rejoined.
​After the 3rd boot they setup their own studio and put some insults in the studio notes.
After they quit the game i spoke to the new boss and explained everything, they fixed the notes.
The point is, can the studio boss be given banning rights on members that have had to be removed for this sort of reason
