Best of luck with recruiting! It would be very helpful if you would include some information about your studio such as how expanded it is or any requirements you may have for someone to apply.

In game you can click on the ranking list and under the studio tab you can locate a studio you're interested in and apply directly to the studio. I am sure that you could also send a private message to any of the forum members that have created recruitment posts here to inquire about joining. Many do not visit the forum daily though so an in game message or application will get the quickest response.
