I do play for fun... If I didn’t enjoy moviemaking on its own, I would stop doing custom covers long time ago. I’m basically every week in the loss when it comes to diamonds (and I don’t have many of them, since I don’t buy them) because of this hobby of mine. A complex custom cover that follows a certain overall theme can cost up to 100 diamonds because of the need to whipstitch items, change appearance and pay for the cleavage/background/border/title. Those are diamonds that could be used more effectively on building my character, extra storages, permanent outfits etc. But what’s the point of playing without a little spendthrift fun, right? Still, if it all leads to nowhere all the time because of some barriers that have nothing to do with your own effort, it becomes more frustrating and less fun over time. Just ask anyone from the No. 1 studio how they feel about losing the Temple or BBAs to someone with deep pockets...
