I know that this is a soft core porn game, but I really hope that there is at least nudity that shows the character's genitalia, also, perhaps said genitalia can also be customized to change its appearance 

 

Also, maybe have clothes that exposes the naughty parts of the characters

That depends on the region and the laws for each server.  The UK servers do not allow full nudity, only topless.

The only server I know of that permits full nudity (plus rather explicit movie covers, and dating achievements to unlock porn pictures) is nu1.bigbangempire.com.

There is a a reason they did not host US2 and that's all I will say on that matter. It is dictated by regional law but I did pass it along as a suggestion.
