Those having issues with the error stating you need to login please submit a ticket if you have not already done so. Also please make sure that your browser has cookies enabled.

 

 

I am trying to find out if we have any information on this that I can post.

 Ticket sent . I wasn't going to as I figured they were probably overwhelmed with them already . I've saw many posts about it here & I know that neither My Wife , My Son or I were able to get in .... using different means . So I knew it was the game & not us :) . Thanks again for all the time & hard work you all are putting into the event to make it possible .

well i lost out on the dec 2nd because it kept telling me the same error message, Please log in and try again. Which is unfair that there is no way for me to get it now being the 3rd. Today worked fine but not yesterday.

And when re-log in it just repeats that every time.

Not trying to be a debbie downer but Day 4, still getting error when clicking on DVD for ADvent Calendar.  When I get responses to my submitted tickets of "Please verify you are logged in" despair sets in as I realize they don't know how to fix it.

Having issues too, although mine is just coming up as the grey/blank screen.
I can't access today's advent gift.

It's working now, but because so much time elapsed with a blank screen I missed out on the 6th
I'm so frustrated.

I don't know why you people are having issues with the calendar. I have no problems with it, it works fine for me.

another day in which i get the you need to be logged in error..i have manged to get just 2 says out of this so far day 2 and day 6

It worked on day 6, broken again on day 7.  This is exceedingly frustrating.  The only responce either of us received was "try a different browser".  We have tried 4 so far, all the same result.  Once it is fixed maybe they can rerun it for Epiphany?
