Do you use it with GIMP or separate? Looking for an iMac download.

it's a stand-alone... I use GIMP for all my image manipulation, but GIMP is totally seperate from any image capture program or method...

I downloaded Lightshot but when I open it I can't access my screen just Lightshot

it allows you to outline the area you want to copy in a box, and saves that portion of the page to a folder entitled Lightshot with a unique name for each screenshot... from there, it is a simple thing to open it for manipulation in GIMP...

I tried uploading a photo and it did nothing, I signed in with Facebook.

This has been a crazy start to my work week so I have not had a chance to make anything yet...

Just a note on screen capture.. for windows users it's as simple as hitting the Pr Sc SysRq button on your keyboard, this adds a a picture of whatever your screen looks like on your clipboard. Then just paste in what ever photo editing software you use (ctrl + v). I believe there is a similar method for ios users.

 

Kate I would very much like a sig, I'm going to gather some ideas and send you a pm.

I am by far not an expert with graphics but I dabble a little bit and would be happy to make a forum signature for any of our members that would like one.

 

Please be aware I do have a full time job and I also play way too many games so it may take me a few days to complete your signature but I promise it will get done. 

 

If you would like one made either comment here or send me a PM, It is very helpful if you give me an idea of what you want it to look like and any color preferences you may have. It is also extremely helpful if you can find an image you would like used as your signature. 

 

If you have any questions feel free to ask here or you're also welcome to PM me.

If you start charging for those, you'll be a millionaire by the end of the week. I'd like to get one too some times, but no hurry.

Nothing crazy, Just my name in Shimmery turquoise blue.. Use long soft lines with lots of curves or something. As long as it is sexy and feminine I'll love it. And thank you in advance.

Jason I know it took a while but this was my first attempt at doing flames by hand, I've got two choices for you.

 

 

Not super happy with this one. I did the flames by hand and I think it could be better. If you like this one better I can keep working on it.

 

 

 

This one I like a little better only because it is smoother.

 

 

If you don't like either that is ok. Let me know what you would like changed and I'll be happy to try again.

I like the first 1, I can see it that you did it by hand and you did it ok, just asking if the name could come a bit more darker out, it's great that way but yeah, it can be made a bit better

Actually Evolution sent me one, and  keep forgetting to use it.
