As a Level 51 Player, currently in studio ,Boner Garage, when will I be offered or how do i get offered Mistys refinements?  I have noticed during attacks that players on a much lower level than myself are using refinements against me? When I  click on  the red tool box nothing happens at all. Any information on  the reason why would be great.

UPDATE:

 

By reading other posts on refinements I have discovered that you must drag your purchased items to red tool box and window will open with your offers to refine that paticular item..

In the shop, under the cash register, sewing machine & washing machine is Misty's toolbox. Drag the item.
