so trying to get the 1st day to open and i keep getting told i need to login to the forum..which i am logged into

I just tried to collect the 1st and it told me the same thing and I'm logged in as well

Yes.  This is exactly what happened last year on many of the days.  It doesn't seem it was ever fixed.

I've had the same problem. After I log in the second time right when it asks me to log in again it seems to open up the advent calendar though. Also, it took at least an hour after it was December 1st where I live for me to be able to collect the reward.

i don't even get to see the calender. the screen stay's blackish

I just tried again and the same thing still, then I tried to reload and the whole box was grey, it didn't even load

Where in the game do we enter the coupon code received from the Advent Calendar?

In the little tool icon. Look in the forum "advent guide". There are screen shots of the steps.

I believe the calendar resets server reset time. so 12am gmt . Also you are correct. when it pops up saying log into server just click on it and log in and it will work

day 2 worked..day 1 didn't..so um..yeah

It worked for day one for me, But now on day two It will not let me get it, It says I have to log in of which if I was not I would not even be able to see the advent Calendar.

I'm having the same issue. everytime i click, i need to re-log in...and when i clcik ok...im still logged in!? doesnt matter what browser i use either.

I seem to have a little more success logging into the advent calendar via Firefox than when I use Explorer.  Don't know why it would matter, and maybe it is random, I don't know.

My Advent Calendar tab is not available.  It attempts to load, but just presents a gray window like it was taken down... ?  I'm using Goggle Chrome.  It was working prior and I was able to grab the codes for Day 1 and Day 2.  Now on Day 3... felice navi NADA.

 

Is this just me?

UPDATE:  It may have just been me.  Possibly had something to do with my FLASH PLAYER.

 

Steps for Resolution:

1. Closed this forums tab,
2. Relaunched via the "mechanics" logo, found on lower right of the main game,
3. Made sure I was logged in
4. Went back to Advent Calendar tab

... and this time it worked.

Day 1 and Day 2 worked for me but I'm getting the error on Day 3.

 

I've tried all the above suggestions.

 

Is the Advent Calendar really worth this aggravation?

how did you guys not learn from last years fiasco with this

 

and to make it worse..when we report it we get told a billion things to do and made to sound like it is our fault for it not working
