I seem to have a little more success logging into the advent calendar via Firefox than when I use Explorer.  Don't know why it would matter, and maybe it is random, I don't know.

 

I tried both Chrome and Firefox and got the same error.

Like all of you I can't collect from the calendar on Day 3. It keeps saying to log in.

Today, Dec 4th, I was able to collect the Advent Calendar reward even though I could not collect yesterday's.

 

Here is my theory:

 

The game will not let you collect the reward if it is already the next day on the server.

 

For example, yesterday I tried to collect the reward when it was still Dec 3rd local time, but the server in the game already said Dec 4th.

 

Try to remember when you tried to collect the reward. Was this the same situation for you?

 

Today, try to collect your reward before the server changes date.

Regarding collecting rewards after server reset: I personally have not had any problems getting the reward on almost the 4th where I live which is about 5 hours after reset. Ever since I set my browser to always accept pop ups the calendar seems to work better. Also updating the flash player you use may help.
