Can't Buy Diamonds

Every time I try to buy Diamonds I get an error message and I'm using my Debit MasterCard

 

I followed everything correctly and still got an error message.

I have the same problem. Credit cards that used to work no longer do, so I just wind up using PayPal or just don't buy them. Hopefully they get this problem fixed.

I have the same problem. Credit cards that used to work no longer do, so I just wind up using PayPal or just don't buy them. Hopefully they get this problem fixed.

Okay, at least I know that it's not just me, should I submit a ticket? I don't and never will use PayPal.

I would. I don't buy diamonds enough for it to effect me too much, but the last couple times I had to use PayPal.

Too many people that I know have been ripped off by PayPal so it's personal choice and risk I guess.

 

I don't even know how the setup works. 

 

And I contacted support.

Same has happened to me, I haven't bought any diamonds for almost a month now because my Visa debit apparently will not do overseas transactions anymore, according to the response I got after submitting a ticket on the issue. (NOTICE - If this post in any way violates forum regulations, please eliminate it)

I had the same problem. I submitted a ticket, however I didn't get any help. They wanted me to do things that would need to be done if I had been using a PC, however I do not. I use my phone to play the game. I tried to use my PayPal account also and this method was successful. I would say the more players who report the problem the better. ... if they only see the problem once or twice, they may not be aware of a bigger problem.

That is a good point. The more tickets support receives on an issue the more information they can compile to see if there is an issue or pattern. I'm glad you were able to get Pay Pal to work :)

I sincerely hope the team does fix this one.  The VISA I have used for a year+ won't work, and support was less than helpful.

 

Game support sent me to the company that processes the charges, and they didn't reply with anything more than "Problem noted".

 

I did use PayPal this time, but I have serious issues with PP and do not intend on using them again.  If the charge card problem is not fixxed I will not be buying more diamonds.  Sad.

Game support hasn't done much for me either so I'm with you if it's not resolved I won't be buying Diamonds again and I don't use PayPal as well.

I checked with my Bank and there's no restrictions or issues regarding transactions overseas so I don't know what will happen next. 

 

The problem appears to be within the Game and Support asked me a lot of questions which I answered so we'll see what happens now.

I believe this is what they need to locate the attempted transaction to try and find out why it's being denied. I promise you all information provided is protected. I've worked lots of call centers and we always asked for the same information to look up a transaction. :) I hope they get it resolved for you soon.

I was able to purchase some diamonds recently, and my guess is that my minimum balance for my account was lower when I tried previously, maybe this might help some people...

I thought of that so I tried for a smaller amount but that didn't work so I was in constant contact with Game Support.

 

The last email that they sent me makes me think that all is okay now but I won't know until I try to buy Diamonds again.

hello everyone!!

just like most of you i had to face the same issue when yesterday i tried to buy diamonds using my credit card. this was the 2nd time tried to buy diamonds and ofcourse my card payment was successful the last time so i was sure it would work. but it didnt work out. i contacted the support and nope,,,not getting much help from there. in the end they asked me last 4 digits like one member mentioned and still no progress. BUT...i didnt give up...( yes ,,yes i know i am crazy ) i thought i could buy diamonds using other methods like from steam, unfortunately steam is for US server and i play on UK2 server, so not much help there. then i tried to play this game via facebook and tried to buy some shiny sparkling diamonds,,,and i used the same credit card and the payment was successful. i just made this forum account to let all of you that if your credit card payment is  not working via browser then go to facebook play BBE from there and try buying diamonds. it worked for me and i hope it works out for all of you too. no need to use paypal if it scares you. 

do let me know if this trick worked. thankies

I am really surprised that this hasn't been resolved yet. I've been using PayPal. It's the only method that works for me since I don't use Facebook.
