I use Facebook, how does that payment work?

Open bbe in Facebook. And click the diamond purchase button the same way you would have done in browser and buy diamonds 😊

For some reason the Google Play Store loads when I look at the "Buy Diamonds" section. Of course Google play store wouldn't want any part of this game so..why does it load it? Since the last update it has been doing this. Before it would just show the different packages.

I know how to buy Diamonds but I don't know what payment options Facebook uses.

it has 2 options, 1. your credit card. 2, your facebook credits. i never bought fb credits or dollars so i dont know what those are.

I bought diamonds through fb. I paid with my phone money (don't know how I say it really). I had to pay a higher phone bill, but I'm not buying diamonds again lol

do open a ticket and inform the support system. they should know that they are loosing money if they have issues accepting credit card payments. maybe if too many players open tickets and informing them that they are loosing money as members are choosing fb to buy diamonds they might fix the issue at there end.

I only bought with phone because I didn't had a bankcard. (and I had to pay through facebook because I couldn't buy with phone through the game itself because my phone number wasn't compatible with any of the countries they do have)

 

But I'm sure it's only some mistakes by the person (very little mistakes, like a number wrong or typed next to a key).

 

Anyway, I don't know much about it, I don't buy anymore untill I can live on my own. (or I don't really need to buy diamonds)

Mine was the same thing, but mine was resolved.  Why because I am stubborn.  So this is what happened.  I was told to contact GlobalCollect, who is the company that your credit cards go through.  They said it was a BBE issue and to contact them.  I did with no results, they stated that my credit card was not an accepted form of payment.  So I went back to Global and said that it is because my credit card was not accepted and why is a mastercard not accepted, it always was accepted before.  The people at GlobalCollect wrote to European Games and this was the final response:

 

 

I am pleased to inform you that we have now fixed the issue with your credit card. You will now be able to pay with that credit card that was recently denied.

 

The credit card was hitting our fraud rules and we have resolved that issue now. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

 

Since it is against Forum Policy to add links to your posts, please feel free to write me in game and I will provide you the contact address for Global Collect.  They will get you answers, even though it is a BBE / European Games issue.
